What is Industry Decoders?
Hannah has developed Industry Decoders to assist other NDIS professionals become the best providers they can be. Industry Decoders offer training and support to other providers of NDIS supports and services. We can tailor a training or development package to suit you, and we also offer packages such as our Industry Decoder Boot Camp (see below for more details). Hannah has worked with dozens of providers to increase NDIS knowledge, develop sound procedures for the best participant service experiences, and offer ongoing mentoring, training and development.

Industry Decoder Boot Camp is a tailored solution to get into shape in all things NDIS. Our NDIS expert, Hannah Redford, will work with you and bring her wealth of knowledge to educate and support you to be the best NDIS provider you can be.
Industry Decoder Boot Camp is offered in 1-week blocks, during which Hannah will work intensively with you and/or your team to educate and guide you. We can help identify and address areas of concern or things that simply need a little improvement.
From writing emails to other providers, to crash courses in the nuts and bolts of the industry, and everything in between, you can get the personalised direction you need by engaging Industry Decoders for our Industry Decoder Boot Camp.
